We purchased a Purple mattress and after exchanging it once already, we found it just wasn’t for us. We went in looking to exchange again and found that Purple has a policy of one exchange. Britney is as a new sales person and got some help from her manager, Jacob. Jacob really put his neck out there to make sure we got what we needed and were comfortable. I don’t put this out there so you go and ask for them to break policies. I say this to tell you, Jacob will 100% make sure you are in the right mattress. It wasn’t just “how does it feel?” He took a step back to look at our alignment, he walked with us to several mattresses to really be sure we had the one we NEEDED. I had the pleasure of meeting Nelson a sales associate at Furniture Row. I was so grateful for the time he spent answering my questions and looking up information in order to assist me. I feel he went above and beyond with a smile on his face the entire time. I was having a bad day and left there in such a wonderful mood. He even took the time to look up several things on the computer regarding lift chairs for my dad after showing me what they had available in the store along with coffee tables etc. I will definitely be returning to Furniture Row! May I suggest if you are looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price stop by there. I promise you will not be disappointed. We had never been to furniture row before today, and we are so glad we did! Mike Perez helped us, and he was so polite and patient and answered all of our many questions! He worked with us for well over an hour to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for (leather sleeper sofa and chair with ottoman), but he never made us feel pressured to purchase. It was so nice to go into a furniture store and not feel like you were being accosted by over-eager and oftentimes overbearing employees. The furniture in the store was excellent quality, and they even helped us locate a piece of furniture (coffee table trunk) online that matched what we were looking for when we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted in store.
