Mike was a great salesman. My husband and I went in to the store to ask a lot of questions about the adjustable frames and mattresses available. Mike was able to answer all of our questions and took us around as we tried all the mattresses and asked many questions. Our intention was to look around, ask questions, and leave to go home and discuss for a future purchase. Because of all the information Mike provided us and his patience and willingness to answer all our questions, we did not have to think about it too long. We left the store only after purchasing a new adjustable frame, mattress, pillows, protective covers for pillows and mattress. We are so excited with this purchase as we have been in need for a better bed setup for awhile. Thank you so much Mike for your help today. Buyer beware, I bought a mattress a year ago and the springs gave out ,had a 10 year warranty, they ask me to send pictures of it. They said it was covered bring it in. I live 40 miles away and had to get a neighbor to help me take it to them for a exchange. They took it into the store and mean while the guys that helped me stood out of the truck and smoke a cigarette, so the store manager called me into the store and said that the mattress smelled like cigarettes and I told I don't smoke or allow smoking in my house, then the store manager said that there was stain on the mattress, it was dust I brushed off with my hand.
