We used CCL to design our kitchen and supply cabinets. The CCL designer recommended Omega cabinets as being of the highest quality, though the most expensive. The Omega cabinets were installed in autumn 2021. In late March, 2022, we noticed an 8-inch fracture in a top crosspiece in the top drawer opening of the frame of one of the cabinets. The fracture was just under the countertop overhang and covered by the drawer front and hence not readily visible. Thus we don't know when the fracture occurred. CCL told us that an Omega representatives would be contacting us to schedule a visit to repair the fracture. In mid April, after contacting the kitchen designer, we received a call from an Omega rep to the effect that he is at the mercy of a local contractor whom he uses to repair installed Omega cabinets but that he had contacted the contractor and the contractor would be contacting us shortly to schedule a visit. Two weeks passed and nobody from either CCL or Omega or a contractor contacted us. At the end of April, we contacted CCL who again contacted the Omega rep, who again passed the buck. His explanation now was that the contractor did not have the right color paint and was waiting for a shipment from Omega before contacting us. So now the problem was not CCL, or the rep, or the contractor but Omega, The Omega rep did not know when the paint would arrive or even whether it had been shipped. He promised to contact Omega to determine what the status of the shipment was but claimed he might not be successful because it is difficult to get information out of Omega even for him. Four days have passed and nothing from the rep. Apparently we are in pass-the-buck land. Buyer beware of CCL's recommendations.

The cabinet was repaired satisfactorily today. As this was primarily, a problem with the cabinet maker, I am upgrading my...
Read moreI ordered azek columns from CCL… I was told, “picking them up on a Saturday, wouldn’t be a problem, we will have them waiting for you.” When I arrived Saturday Morning, the “landscape “ office was open…the showroom, with all of their decking and expensive material… but the lumber yard, across the parking lot was closed…. Keep in mind, CCL advertises being open on Saturdays. I explained to the sales women who work there, that I had columns to pick up… I could literally see them in the window, of the building. EACH of them… refused to help me… I explained politely… that I was specifically told, I could pick them up today, Saturday by THEIR sales rep… Nope… they didn’t care… all they had to do, was open a garage door, and let me take the columns… Because of their attitude and arrogance, I could not finish my railing system that weekend, yet still had to pay my carpenter for his time. This experience, has led me to use Hingham Iumber. I will never use CCL again. I’ve never been talked to, or treated as disrespectful, as I was on that Saturday.. after I had spent THOUSAND$ . The employees that “own “ this company, simply don’t care...
Read moreI visited CCL design Center today, I walked in & was sort of greeted at the door. Went to look at windows as I need new. Circled around 2x - not one person approached to ask me if I needed help. SO I walked into the kitchen area & began looking at cabinets, remodel is in the new year as well, no one approached, circled 2x. There were other couples & a man who were taken care of almost immediately - interesting I thought… so I circled & picked out a window & took a picture - with hardware took a picture, was in site of several sales people…. 45 minutes later I simply looked around & said as I walked out the door “ guess they think I am not a good sale” - couldn’t have been further from the truth… you have no idea the scale of work you ignored & allowed to wander around & walk out that door without one person ASKING me if I had any questions…. Thank you for saving me another trip with my husband and making a huge...
