Food Amazing! Service is AWFUL! Upon traveling home I figured I'd call in my order. I made multiple calls with no answer & yhe number came from their website. Upon arriving & standing in line the phone was being answered. So now instead of just picking up my order I waited in a long line to place my order. Cashier seemed to be annoyed with every order taken at the counter. I've been there a number of times & have never been impressed with what comes off as having an attitude from the ones taking orders. The place was filled with people. It was confusing as orders that were ready were being yelled out. Some orders were similar so as some customers approached for their orders you could tell they themselves were hesitant to take the order unsure if it was there's. I felt the same. A simple fix, instead of yelling out the person's entire order which to me would be exhausting, I'd just yell out a ticket number/order number or the peraons name. The wait is one thing. When something is worth it, it's worth the wait. It's not worth calling in an order when someone isn't there to answer the phone. Then it's not worth it when you're made to feel stupid or that you're inconvenienceing them by ordering at the counter. You've got people in line waiting to order & they have to keep moving out of the way for customers to get their plastic wear, napkins etc. The energy in the air was not a good energy & their flow is chaotic. My fiance was in the car & said, I don't care how good the food is, this place...

I will be a dedicated customer forever! This place has the BEST subs! Always fresh rolls and meats and the chicken salad is amazing. I have been going there for YEARS but was unaware they only took cash. My order came to 10 or 15 dollars more than what I had in cash. I offered the owner my debit card but was told "Don't worry, happy holidays." To say I felt so awful is an understatement- it was clearly an accident but they have a business to run. Fast forward a month (things got busy) and I didn't forget the kindness he showed me. I got a sub again and sent my daughter in with a note reminding him of his kindness that I still hadn't forgotten, with a 20 dollar bill tucked inside. I just want to thank you for the BEST turkey sandwich I’ve had in my life. You have nailed it. At first I was concerned it might be dry. NOPE. Made to perfection, I’m pretty sure you carved an actual turkey. Everything about it was excellent. The turkey, the bread, the cheese, even the pickles and Mayo. Don’t change a thing haha! These days businesses are cutting corners and quality isn’t there. This was honestly, the best sandwich I’ve had anywhere ever. And I have seen a lot of places haha! My husband wanted to come back for more after our lunch. He plans to return tomorrow to order three more and try some new ones. And he is very difficult to impress as he’s a great cook...
