Backyard Living was bought out by some corporate thieves. I no longer recommend Backyard Living to contractors or homeowners. They are over billing, they no longer accept returns, even when it was their own mistake, and they have bren dishonest from the start. Im very disappointed with Backyard Living. Previous to the corporate takeover, we thought Backyard Living was one of the best suppliers for hardscape products. I highly recommend sticking with family owned suppliers, for this company will play games with your orders, and your deposit checks. Our order was mutilated, they loaded my truck with more pavers than we asked for, and of course, our employees dont know what was folklifted onto our trucks. We were over billed by more than $1200, and then refused to accept a return for the additional border pavers that they loaded on my truck. What a joke. Do yourself a favor, do not buy from Backyard Living. Family owned businesses will not do such things. Accountability is everything. Backyard Living is no longer accountable for anything they do. Old Colony Masons had purchased from Backyard Living for over 6 years, and now that a corporation owns the store, the business is all messed up. I called the corporate office, and the punk from accounting hung up on me. I guess we will see them in court. Posted on 8/21/25.

He followed up as I was trying to accommodate my mom in Newton her house needs landscaping and eventually hardscaping once she gets the garden activities under control First

I expressed it’s time sensitive and that she is ((Disabled)) I’m trying to coordinate on her behalf

He implied his lawncare team will reach out

Immediately a RED Flag!!!! He claims to be So PRE occupied on Facebook showcasing videos as if he is the Best in class

No one called me back after 4 days I called the owner Ronnie who picked up and immediately BRUSHED me off and Abruptly hung UP the phone

He is disgraceful and I would Only use with Caution, use at your Own risk and if anything avoid At all costs

Not reputable and very shady and sketchy as they PRIORITIZE more on hard scape vs establishing or retaining new quality Landscspe needs first!!!!!

Wow I’m beyond disgusted and I’m at a loss for words for the nonsense monkey business

I will move on with a more reputable company as I can NOT count on these backyard dysfunctional company, thru can’t be bothered to genuinely follow up on behalf of disabled people in need of services willing to pay CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!
