Well, this was the second time I gave Collins Jewelry a try. Never again. The first time, I trusted them with my moms engagement ring that she wore for 40 years. That time, they changed her entire ring and the look of it and it came back an entire size smaller than it was when I dropped it off. They fixed the sizing at no charge and said that it was simply a courtesy instead of an expectation to get the ring back in the same shape and size as I dropped it off. This time, I ordered a set of pearl earrings and when I went to pick them up, the size AND color are different from one another! I asked if I could return them or exchange them for pearls that looked more similar to each other. Their response, no refund but they can charge me more to fix them to pearls that look more alike. These were for a gift and now I'm too embarrassed to gift them.

My advice, do not get anything special done here. If you see it before you buy it, then great. Dont trust something that means a lot to you to these people as it wont come back the same as you...

I am over the moon in love with my custom ring from Collins! I took my original set in that was broken and asked for my diamonds to be placed in a new custom band. Kate helped us throughout the entire practice and was nothing short of amazing. I simply showed her some inspiration pictures and she listened to the aspects I wanted and she got right to work! The price point was affordable and every step of the process was so quick and smooth from the renderings, to the 3D wax mold try on, to picking up my new GORGEOUS ring! My wife and I have been in Collins Jewlers quite a few times. Being new to the East Coast we have found that this jewelry store is everything you could want. They have beautiful jewelry and if you don’t see what you want (my wife wants one of everything) they have books to look through. If you happen to have your own ideal and want them to customize something for you, they do that as well. There prices are fair and they want you to be completely happy when you leave the store. Most jewelry stores have high prices that only goes higher as you look, Collins Jeweler’s has beautiful jewerly for every budget. Very friendly owners that have generations of experience. Their store is located off of Cedarcrest in Acworth in the Publix shopping center.
