If I could go negative I would... I never post reviews, but this place has changed that for me. If you would like to have your soul be morally degraded or treated like a criminal, please visit. I was attempting to get a license with my new name for my medical license and I was turned away 3 times. While standing in line for the third time, it came to my attention that I was not the only person that had been rudely thrown out/pushed through because of their inability to help people. From the start: I was sent back to my vehicle because I didn't have my precise appointment time even though I stated my name and approximate time within a 5 minute window (which included said appointment), I was demeaned for not initialing the COVID form (even though no where on the form it was indicated) and even though there is a signature line at the bottom- check marks do not suffice if you are wondering. Next, I only had a digital copy of documents that were need for proof of residence, which is not accepted apparently as proof of residence even though digital copies have been received by other DMV's within the Atlanta area. Now onto day 2, I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, got the COVID form initialed this time. Was scolded for not doing the skip a step form online which was not required the prior day. Went inside with my multiple forms and proof of identification prepared to finally be done with this place, only to be thrown back outside due to using my name on my ID and passport. Back out I go to fill out a form that could easily be changed from the computer or maybe a minute in a half from an iphone. After I was returned to the line of now 20 people I feared I would be rejected since it was now impending on passing my appointment time, but luckily the lady working had a soul and allowed me to go back through the ringer. As luck will have it I was returned to the same delightful sole as the three prior experiences.... bitter sweet victory was had. 3 hours of my life during the COVID pandemic to finally get through the grasps of these people. Moral of the story- I hope the staff actually reads these feed backs- would rather wait for 6 hours in a DMV with flickering lights than be treated with such disrespect and disdain. I get people aren't the nicest, but I can promise you people are not coming to the DMV because it looks like it's a nice day to get out... I am required to have this a proof for A...
   Read moreRude employees, there is one particular lady thatâs is very rude I tried getting her name but was not able to, on today visit 10/27/2020 this particular lady she sat on window 10, it is not the first time I deal with her and she always has a reason to deny me or my family members service. First time we came she was out greeting customers at the door and there is a sign at the front door that states that each customer can bring one person with them well lady sitting at window 10 did not let me in with my family member clearly having a sign at the front door that each customer can have 1 member come in with them and today 10/27/2020 she made it imposible for my other family member to renew his ID because we took to long printing the document at the computer section. We came back to the window and she said we had to get another number because she was to busy for us, she talk to customers very nasty and on a very unprofessional way. We have been nothing but nice to this lady and the rest of the staff I do not see why we gotta be treated this way, if we are missing a document she or any any staff of this DDS Facility could have explained it nicely and we would of reschedule the appointment peacefully with out feeling like we bother the employee at window 10 today because the way she talks to people is the way she makes us feel like she is bother by customers.
Please DDS supervisors or management I suggest retaining and evaluating lady at window sitting at window 10 today 10/27/2020, she might need some time off or may have some issues going on she does not need to treat customers this way when she is not being treated on any kind of way but nicely and with respect, she should be respectful to customers too. I advice reevaluating her to ensure she is capable of handling customers on a profesional manner. I will be back to try to get my family member his ID renewed and we hope not to run into this awful situation at...
   Read moreWhoever was working at the front kiosk helping customers this afternoon is by far the rudest customer service employee Iâve ever had to deal with. I came in with my boyfriend around 4pm today (July 27,2023) and we walked in and were confused, she asked what we were here for and my boyfriend, who has speech and communication issues, was having trouble saying what he needed so I spoke up for him like heâs asked me to do in the past. At this point she cut me off and said âWhyre you speaking for him!?â Me, trying to be polite laughed and said âhe canâtâ at which point she looked at him and said âyes he can, what you donât speak English? You canât talk?â And forced him to struggle to explain himself and embarrassing him in the process. Later while we were trying to get his paper work together he tried to approach her again to ask a question, she walked from across the room and said âWhat do you want?â And when he started to speak she put her hand up and said ânot youâ and proceeded to help the other person, also very rudely, continuing to talk down to people. Then while sitting in the lobby we can all loudly hear her say âugh I canât wait to get offâ after assisting another customer. I know how stressful working with the public can be, as customer service jobs are what Iâve done my entire life, but the way she spoke with me and my boyfriend who has speech issues was unacceptable and then to wave him off when heâs seeking help like he was a second class citizen was insane. He now feels uncomfortable even going to this office, and is requesting to be taken literally anywhere else, where he would be shown respect.
