I legit could cry. I went in wanting a trim not even an inch cut. I specifically told my stylist (Summer) to keep the length. Numerous times I said I wanted to keep the length just add a face frame and clean up the layers because it had been so long since I had gotten a cut. Before I went in I could have it pulled back in a ponytail and it would lay on my shoulders now when it’s in a ponytail it hangs at the nape of my neck! She took like 3-4 inches off of my hair! In addition to cutting WAY too much off she thinned it!! I never asked her to thin my hair!! I loved my hair I was so happy it was finally getting long and now I feel like I’m starting all over. It’s SO short and thin. I hate it and there’s nothing I can do. I didn’t say anything when I left bc I was honestly in shock with how short and thin it was after all I had asked for was a trim. Will not be going here again. Hate that I spent over $40 and an hour of my time to come home and want to cry.

To the owners response…my stylist and I never spoke about the thickness of my ponytail, nor did she ever show me thinning sheers. Also, I came in with layers…I did ask to add some face framing and I actually think she did well on those. I am very upset with the service returned when I called with a complaint about my extensions falling out. I advised them by leaving a voice message since no one answered and I received a text message back saying to schedule for a install after I had just paid $1300 for install and hair, gloss etc. I also bought all the products recommended (Shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, shower cap, and brush), and followed all the instructions to keep it in good condition. I also left a $180 tip. All put aside the hair really didn't even blend well, and wasn't able to put my hair up without my shorter real hair falling out or the extensions showing and it being extremely uncomfortable, but at that point I had already paid so much I did my best to keep it all together. After I said I would not come back after doing all of these things I didn't receive a call or "text" back. Extensions are a super expensive alone and the fact I invested so much of my money into this experience It was extremely upsetting with not even a refund at any kind or call back. After this I will not return here and I have let a lot of people know my story. Since they all realized how short amount of time it was in. I withheld leaving a comment on their Instagram with a video on the hair but I feel people should know that a video and picture is not all...

Can I just say WOW! Today I went in for a Mother’s Day facial, cut, and blow out.

Let me first start by saying AVERI my girl!! You did amazing. This was my favorite facial to date. She had me so relaxed I think I even caught myself snoring once or twice (mom life). She seriously had the perfect touch not to light and not to aggressive. Neck and shoulder massage 10/10. Listening to my needs and concerns 10/10 she went above and beyond. Thank you girl!

Now Miss KENNEDY the BLOW OUT QUEEN! She always sends me out of the doors feeling refreshed, beautiful, and confident. Her behind the chair presence’s is absolutely hysterical. I love sitting in her chair for the hour I get, and just laughing. It’s a complete experience with her. One of my favorite things while at the salon is getting my hair washed… just book with her is all I’m going to say. I’d fall into a pile of mud just to get her to rewash it 😅! Feels SOOOO GOOD!
