I had to pick up a package today. The UPS website says they are open until 7pm, their voicemail message says they are open until 7pm but when I arrived at 5:55 they were closed and the sign on the door said that they were open until 6pm. I guess they’re not even open until 6. Confusing and unreliable. Too bad zero stars...
