Rent 1st is amazing!! I started out with no furniture at all and now my house is full!! I’ve bought 2 couches from them, this last one is a beautiful sectional and I got it brand new! I bought my leather recliner, new from them, Bedroom suite, that came with headboard, dresser with mirror, night stands and a chest of drawers, 6ft tall upright freezer, King size mattress, coffee table and end tables, big screen television, lamps and I think that’s it but these guys went above and beyond! Very friendly and they send me texts about the sales they have going on and even text me to let me know how much my payment is and when it’s due and you can text them the last 4 of your credit and debit card and pay by text which is great!! I love this place! I’ve never had a problem one! I love these guys and this business! I’d recommend them highly! These guys started out very friendly but when I had a financial set back they became rude and yelled at me. I had not ?missed any payments up to this point. Martin yelled he was turning it over to his legal team. Brandon yelled he was coming to get it that day. I waited from Friday to Monday an no one came. They threw sticks at my door, tore my door, and opened a locked gate to enter my back yard. They left the gate open, and my dogs almost got out when I let them out of the house. Also I don't know what kind of people they hire but they were peeping in at my daughter an granddaughters scaring them. Then pounding or kicking my back door open. Would not recommend them at all. If they cuss an try to strong arm me they probably act that way to people in general when there is a need for help. There is no communication between them. Or they just wanna be dumb an rude. Don't...
