Very new yet, but so far I a VERY IMPRESSED with 1) Customer Service (when open--responses in minutes!) 2) Variety of Options and Colors! 3) That they offer a color sample pack (for the Anodized Aluminum rings) and it arrived 1 DAY EARLY! 4) Quality--I love the quality of the samples I received, plus I've seen the rings after worked with thanks to a friend who uses them--experience jewelry maker now 5) Services--they have tutorials and are VERY helpful and understanding! I felt so dumb asking questions trying to figure out the sizing (I'm bad at math), and they were very understanding and explained it so well--thank you Vikki! She even pointed out a helpful chart for common weaves and what IDs to use for gauges etc...so now it's on my to-do list to really explore their site further ;) oh and LASTLY -- I'm honestly impressed with their pricing for the quality. I had previously ordered super small and very bad quality rings from Amazon (color was coming off and metal was getting damaged so easily) and I'm pretty sure the pricing was actually very similar. We were going to stop by being 200 mi away, left 2 days early on our trip so we could stop since only open Friday till 4:00. We called to see if open due to Memorial weekend, they said would be closing 2 hours early.
