The Flower Gallery — Local services in Adams

Please don't let the fact that they don't have a website or claim their listing dissuade you. Adams/North Adams is a small town and they always go out of their way to help people here. With that said, I called to place an order for a family member nearby. They actually knew my recipient! I placed an order for a birthday bouquet and stated how much I wanted to spend and added tip (they didn't ask for it), sight-unseen. I was also trusting the photo I saw in a previous google review. *I want to mention- we had a glitch on the delivery date but no matter: I called to check on the order since they don't have an automated "your order has been delivered" notification and they immediately delivered the bouquet the next day. My relative saw them in the driveway and open their car with a huge bouquet emerging and said, "I hope that's for me!" She said it was so beautifully arranged and fresh! I wish I could share a photo with you however, knowing everyone was happy and this florist was so helpful, I'd definitely use them again...

If I could give 0 I would. I hold on to grudges and just remember things very well and this Valentines day or anytime I get flowers I remember how badly I got ripped off here. Now that I am currently 19 I feel more comfortable speaking up for myself than when I was 17. So let me set the scene its mother's day and I am 17 and I don't have a car and I live on the other side of Adam's from where this is. So it's about a 20-30 minute walk. I walk up and my mistake was walking up with my 20$ in my hand. He doesn't ask what I want or greet me or anything so I greet him and tell him what I came in for (2 red roses), also apologizing for not being very knowledgeable about the place. I think the only conversation he had with me was the total of my price. The price came out to 20$ for 2 red roses and a fern. Please if you are vulnerable and gullible and want to conserve money this wouldn't be the place. Very unfortunate that I got taken advantage of. I know a lot better now thank...

This is the beautiful spray of flowers we purchased for my mother‘s funeral. I spoke, over the phone, with the owner and he asked me specifically what I wanted, what colors I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend. He explained to me when and how the delivery would be made.
