While driving through the Berkshires, we were looking for dinner options around Adams and we found Lee's Dynasty. We indulged in the Chef’s special Bourbon Chicken and the Vegetable Yaki Udon, both of which left a favorable impression.
The Bourbon Chicken was a delightful highlight, with the chicken perfectly cooked and seasoned. The flavors were rich and savory, with just the right amount of sweetness that complemented the dish beautifully. The portion size was generous, ensuring that the meal was satisfying and filling.
The Vegetable Yaki Udon was another pleasant surprise, with a mix of fresh vegetables and udon noodles that made for a hearty and flavorful dish. The portions were, once again, substantial, making it a great value for the price. Despite a 20-minute drive home, the food retained its warmth.
However, a few aspects of the experience were less than ideal. We requested hot oil, a common ask at most Chinese restaurants, and was surprised to find an additional charge for it. While we appreciate the unique offerings of each establishment, this felt a bit unnecessary compared to other places where such condiments are complimentary. Additionally, when we asked for plates and cutlery, we were provided with just enough for two people. Although we understand the importance of minimizing waste, an extra set of utensils would have been appreciated and put to good use.
In conclusion, Lee's Dynasty offers delicious food with generous portions. While the experience was mostly positive, a few small adjustments in service could elevate it further. If you are in or around Adams or North Adams, MA, this restaurant presents a good experience for those seeking a taste of classic...
Read moreWhen we first moved here we tried Lee's and Chee's. Lee's wins hands down. It is now our go-to spot for take out. Looks beautiful and clean inside when we go to pick up. They have an extra curtain type guard on the kitchen door, i noticed. Even on a busy night (the weekly wednesday's sushi night) they got our entire 60$ order correct. We had to wait a little longer than the man who took our order said, due to how busy they were, BUT that in no way detracts from the deliciousness here. The only other bad things i can say is that New Year's they ran out of egg rolls and we debated ordering some from the other place haha.
Overall, when you first open the food, good portions. You can taste how fresh and well made the chicken fingers are when you bite one. Amazing flavors. This place never seems to have an off night!
We usually order 2 dinner combos, like a bourbon chicken, generals chicken, with the boneless ribs, pork fried rice, lo mein, crab rangoons, the most often.
We dont order sushi too much but on the occasion ive been in the mood that has tasted excellent as well. Raw fish wise.. from all my other experiences here I'd trust them to keep to the same standards as all their other food, which...
Read moreIt was my first time going and I wasn't disappointed.. A co-worker recommended this restaurant and I chose to go because I love Chinese and it was me celebrating my birthday. It was a day before my big day and I was out with my longtime friend! I ordered the pupu platter that came in with everything.. Ribs, chicken fingers, chicken wings, fried shrimp, teriyaki and chicken sticks, crab ragoon and egg rolls.. So good! I also got an order of shrimp fried rice and California rolls.. It was all delicious except I didn't like the egg rolls.. It was my first time trying the California rolls and they weren't bad.. I definitely recommend the yum yum sauce that comes with it because that's what makes them even more better to eat.. Not a real big person on sushi but I don't mind the rolls.. It's a restaurant I would visit again in a heart beat.. I notice they do a lot of take out orders.. We were the only two to dine in and that was fine because we were accommodated with music.. Had plenty of left overs to bring home to my fiance too.. Very Friendly and not...
