Update: This is an update to my original review below: Yesterday, 3/1/24 would have been my 3rd trip to this dispensary, for me it takes about an hour and 15 minutes to drive one way, Indica recently has been the only dispensary that I have found that carries my favorite strain P.K. Crasher. So the only available type last night was the preroll 2 pack, which I ordered 2 of in addition to some other strains I wanted to try which totalled 9 items on my pre order, I also bought in store a large chillum separately. I specifically asked the bud tender if they had checked to ensure all items were there, as I felt it was odd that unlike most dispensaries they pull out the items in front of your face to ensure everything is there. And as per MA law when we exited we put our bags in the trunk for the ride back to NY. I probably should have gone with my instinct and rechecked while in the store, but I also did not want the bud tender to think I didn't trust their ability to perform their job, it would have been awkward. When I finally got home I dumped out the bag and realized that I only had 8 items not 9 and the one that was missing was 1 of the P.K. Crashers, I tried to call as soon as I confirmed I wasn't losing my mind it was a few minutes to closing time for them and no one answered. So I proceeded to wake up and wait patiently to call them first thing in the morning. After about three attempts I finally got a call back, I asked to speak to the owner or manager on duty, to which the employee who answered wanted to know what it was about. I explained to her the situation, to which her reply was that she was the bud tender who was there last night and that she counted the items, but clearly she did not, at least not in my presence (camera footage from just before 614pm, would show this, and would also show me asking if everything was in there). She first said I could come back today for it, well I litterally drove 2.5 hours round trip last night, I am not going back out there again this morning, she then asked what I wanted to do. I just honestly wanted a promo code to cover the missing item, so that when I had decided to make the drive out again, I'd be all set. I tried to explain that I do not frequently drive to MA for my goods because I have dispensaries close to my home, but it's the strain and the previous good experiences that bring me to this location and that I would probably not be back for many many weeks. I'm a bit taken back that I was not given a manager or owner to speak to regarding this situation and that i felt dismissed and rushed off the phone. She said she'd make a note for next time I come in, but for all I know that little paper her note was on could disappear at any moment. So I am writing this update as documentation as to what unfolded in hopes that a manager or owner can ease my mind and confirm that on my next visit I will be able to recoup my loss. Well, well, well....I see I've stumbled on a hidden gem. Indica Cannabis, don't let the name fool you. They sell hybrids and sativas as well. I am thrilled to write reviews for places that meet my standards. And this place if I could give more stars I would. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond from the moment you opened the first door to the moment you left with your goods. The prices are worth the drive from upstate NY. Their prices are incredibly low and outstandingly reasonable, with many of their flowers and prerolls having relatively high THC content. Parking was easy as they had their own parking lot. Read morePlaced an online order. I went to pick it up and was told I didn’t have an order. When I went in with my confirmation email was told that it wasn’t a real order that the deal advertise wasn’t real and was a mistake. That sometimes their website just does that. To which my boyfriend who went with me because I didn’t understand why they didn’t have my order said “technically you are supposed to honor it” which then the person behind the register made a rude comment and he said “that is okay it will be in my review”. To which the employee continued to loudly yell rude remarks even while we were exiting the building. Now this is not the first bad experience I have had with them it’s the third(so this review comes from multiple horrible experiences to which I did not give a review in the past but strike 4 is getting it) but my boyfriend really wanted to go through them so against my better judgment I said okay I’ll give it another shot. Boy was I wrong. Last but not least do not go by their advertisement on what the products are for sale or what they contain. Now I say this because what the website says it contains and what the packaging says it contains are drastically different. False advertisement at this point seems to be the proper term. And don’t pay with a card because they way over charge your card and then tell you that they will have to give you the difference back in cash which I have never heard in my life and sounds very suspicious to me. Read moreI thought I found a great new dispensary. I was WRONG! The owner treats staff like garbage right in front of customers and does the same to you if you have an issue. When he stepped away for a second, I had asked the young lady he mistreated if he is always in such a great mood and she looked terrified to answer. Does not allow you to speak and argues with you all sales are final even if your product was never used due to not working! Owner just kept saying he has best prices...I could care less, to me, great customer service and respect are way more import to me than saving a few dollars!! NEVER AGAIN.
