Lately, when you go into the store to buy clay, they act like itâs a big inconvenience if you didnât previously order it online for pick up. Youâre an art store and if you canât handle the public, why are you still open to the public? Secondly, I tried to order Clay online this morning, just two boxes, and their system was not working so I could not do it. I called the store and spoke to someone and let them know that this was happening. I then drove out to buy the clay and thereâs a sign on the door that theyâre closed today and sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing was said to me when I spoke to the man on the phone about them being closed today. It just seems that the customer service here has seriously slipped, and I never had these issues before. When I wasnât sure if there was an issue with a wheel I had purchased elsewhere before meeting him, he let me bring it in and checked it out for me. Also, when I asked for advice on a kiln, he gave me great recommendations on getting started instead of just selling me a kiln (which he easily could have done).
