Very unprofessional. They gave me the run around about delivering my bed. I had to keep calling them after they had me wasting my whole Saturday waiting for a delivery for them to not even show up. I had to call them Monday to see when they were going to deliver and they told me after lunch, around 1 and they didn’t show up until 230. Finally they delivered my bed and one of the guys broke the leg on my headboard. They tried to go glue the leg back on the headboard and expected me to pay for a brand new broken bed. The manager was nonchalant about the whole situation and didn’t even apologize for their mishaps. I cancelled my whole order. They came to pick up the pieces they had already delivered and left one of the rails outside....

We purchased a couche-sleeper and a Dozer (chair-sleeper) from Farmer's Home Furniture in Adel. We are happy with our pieces so far. Our holiday visitors were very complimentary as well. The staff was approachable and accommodating. The delivery guys worked diligently in the unnaturally COLD weather to get our selections to us in a timely fashion. Outstanding service time you walk in the door to the time you walk out they try to meet all your needs and get you the right product for your home then they order it it comes in. They call you ASAP.
