Papo is the owner and his daughter is the sales person at the store. We have no complaints regarding the daughter. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Papo was rude and unprofessional. We ended up cancelling our purchase because it was no delivered at on the dates agreed on.

Mi padre y este servidor compramos una lavadora Kenmore $420.00 con entrega. Nos instala la lavadora al tratar de secar no secaba la ropa bien mijsdaxle llamo por teléfono, me dice la tubería de tu casa esta tapada. Lello desagua en la acera. Al otro día cambió una pieza. Perfecto. Luego de cinco semanas seca pero tengo que amararla por corre todo el laundry más no se puede usar en algunos ciclos me verifica la lavadora dice que el problema es el primer y tenis un mes de garantía. No honró la garantía pues la acomoda a su conveniencia. Nunca explico que era un mes en el timer. En la venta dijo todo en cuanto a garantía tres meses falsos.
