We're so happy (and relieved) we found Lindsay! She did a wonderful job and – more importantly – was knowledgeable and gentle with our near-blind seventeen year-old puppy.

When we learned that Saffy (our 50-lb. Jindo/Chow/Lab mix) had been snippy with our regular chain store groomer, we hypothesized that she was probably rushed (manhandled) so we decided to try a local, family-run groomer – thinking the experience wouldn't be as stressful as a corporate operation.

The difference was night and day, Saffy was relaxed and not chomping at the bits to get out of there when we picked her up. Lindsay said that our girl did well, with no issues whatsoever. And she looked great! To her credit, Saffy has always been an excellent judge of character and now that she has her "forever" groomer, we're thrilled.

This groomer is excellent, the best I've ever had the pleasure of letting groom my toy poodle. She was trained by a Master Poodle Groomer, and it shows in her work, especially with the haircut/style she gave my toy poodle. It's obvious she pays much attention to detail, as she more than exceeded the precision of the haircut I wanted on my baby, and her cost is VERY reasonable.
