I have been searching for a dentist I feel comfortable with for 2 yrs. Have tooth pain and needed a new bridge. Went to 1st appt with Dr Neal and asst. Virginia, very down to earth nice folks. ✔️ After exam and speaking with both I felt good 👍 They were kind, personable, conversated WITH me not AT me. Listen truly to what i wanted and my concerns. So we made a plan. Getting done: New Bridge, 3 crowns (1 needed root canal) 3 cavities and gingivitis Mod treatment over several appts. Long appts. But very comfortable... Dr Neal was the first to make receiving oral injections panic attack free. He has the right mix of gentle, compassion, seriousness and true concern when carrying out these procedures. In the past I've had panic attack and cried because several dentist were so uncaring and in a hurry. Not Dr Neal and All of his team they are truly kind and comforting. I am very impressed and that is very rare for me. Keep up the excellent team work. 👏 Cherie F. 4/6/24 Now I have had all work completed. I love the feel of the new bridge, so natural feeling. Not bulky like previous bridge I had. The look is equally as natural looking to me and all I have asked so far agrees. I am super pleased with Dr Neal and his team. Maybe my experiences are too specific to me, but this is a first for me in several items: Dark sunglasses to lower the glare when you lay down on the chair, that was a nice touch. My x-rays were reviewed with me and explained as to what I was seeing, and why they mattered. The reason why my gums where checked was explained, and the numbers related to that were included with a conversation about the x-rays. So, I actually learned more about my oral health and why these various things are done at the dentist and how that relates to me at home quite literally for the first time in my life. Of course, could just be me...but yeah, assuming you don't want to go all the way to Aiken or Lexington it's exactly what you'd want a dentist office. And perhaps that says something about the company that even such a relatively rural office has the staff, support, and facilities that...

10/10 recommend this office! i started having severe tooth pain a few weeks back and addressed my concerns/ issues i was having with Ms. La’Tonya and she was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, once Dr.Neal addressed my problem and explained to me what was the best route to getting outta pain Ms. La’Tonya helped me with finding a way to cover my treatment plan cost without putting myself in a financial bind! during my procedure Ms.Vee did everything she could to make sure i was comfortable, she continuously asked throughout if i was ok or if i needed anything. Dr. Neal was very clear about my procedure, he walked me through step by step and got me outta pain! the following day after Dr.Neal even called me to check in and see how i was doing!
