People pay attention to your water bills and make sure u keep ur receipts they screwed up on my bill and I had to pay it twice bc i threw my receipt away and the problem couldn't be addressed unless i had my receipt which i understood that but when I went in to repay again I gave David 100 dollars cash to put on my bill when I pulled off I noticed he only posted 80 to my account so I went back I told him it was a mistake some where he insisted that it was right so I got out went in and asked him what did he do with my other 20 bc i gave him 100 dollars and he only posted 80 so we were back and forth i was threatened by David he stated since i was so nasty to him about my 20 dollars he was gonna have my water turned off even if i was a day or two late bc i was so nasty to him to me that's very unprofessional he was very rude and nasty why bc u was tryna pocket my 20 dollars to fix whatever yall screwed up and I called u out on it then I asked for the commissioners number to report him he lied about that didn't want to give me the number but I got it and yes I reported u for now on yall will be getting paid by money orders u can't pocket that lesson...

The office post their hour and you go there during those hours and their closed. Don't always answer their phone... maybe on the other line or maybe "closed" when they are posted to be open? Finally what company in this day and age for convenience of their customer and for themselves have a web presents and the ability for their customers to pay bills on online... They don't care to answer questions and they don't care if they tell you the truth when they do answer a question. "You can do a payment plan" or you could have answered my questions when I was standing in front of you asking if I was going to be billed month to month on that date for if there was a set billing cycle.
