We came here as a family to spend some time together. When we arrived everything was peachy. We got shoes and were assigned a lane quickly. When we got to our lane the first person bowled and the lane froze up, I get it, lanes lock up occasionally. They reset it and on the next bowl the lane locked up again. We were assigned a new lane. We started with the new lane and the they didn’t comp us the time missed or rest the time we lost. We bowled 8 frames and again the lane locked up. We went to the desk and asked for their assistance and if we could get an additional 5 minutes to complete our game. They allowed it but we’re still counting down time while waiting on them to reset the lane. We thanked the staff each time after asking for assistance and they wouldn’t say thank you or would roll their eyes. I’m just wanting to warn anyone that is trying to decide to bowl here just save yourself...
Read moreI've never written a one-star review before, but the disrespect for people with disabilities that I experienced has earned one. I brought my teenaged brother who has autism here. I asked for a lane with bumpers, and the man at the front desk (based on his age, I'm guessing he was the manager or owner, but I'm not sure) refused, saying that we were too old for bumpers and that there's a 10-year-old age limit. I explained that my brother has autism, and he said, "That doesn't matter. Is he older than 10?" I was able to convince him to give us bumpers, but it was astounding to me to see such a disregard for accessibility for people with disabilities. Based on other reviews, it looks like this isn't the first time this business has refused to make simple accommodations for a person with a disability.
*Note: I also noticed that the bowling area doesn't seem to be...
Read moreIf you want to have a birthday party for cheap this is the place. Party’s start at $55 a lane for up to 6 people hotdogs chips and rinks included. We have had probably 7-8 birthday parties here. Also 2 hrs unlimited bowling for 6 people isn’t but $55 any day. It’s not far from Ft Gordon, Grovetown, Augusta, Aiken or Harlem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone that loves bowling to come out and try them out. You will not be disappointed. The shoes are newer and clean the place is never dirty and they have a snack bar. Also league nights if you want to join a league. We started going about 10 yrs ago and drive the extra time because of there prices. Any family with kids would like it because of the prices. You can’t get 2 hrs of bowling anywhere else in the CSRA for...
