Rating for service NOT the food. My food order gets 5 stars! I thought I was ordering delivery, added a tip, submitted the order and the screen that shows the making progress showed 'ready for pickup in...'minutes. That's what clued me in it wasn't delivery. I immediately called the store. Was told to hold......after 5 mins, I hung up and called back. Was hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and again was asked to hold.....I stayed on hold 22 more minutes and was walking in their door when someone got back on the phone asking if I wanted to place an order. I requested my tip be removed since I wasn't getting delivery which they did reimburse. The pizza was delicious and that was their saving grace.
They can never seem to get the order right. The first time I ordered a large dinner box with hut favorite for my crust, when I received the pizza it had regular crust. The wings I got were soggy as if the sauce was watered down. I called to let them know and they kindly gave me a discount for my next order. I ordered it again a couple of weeks later (it's my usual). The wings were fine this time, but they gave me regular crust again. I called them to let them know and they offered another discount, I honestly would just rather have my order right, but I accepted figuring I'd give them one more chance. They had their last chance yesterday (9/18/15). I ordered by phone and made sure they knew I wanted hut favorite. When the pizza came, one was hut favorite and the other was regular, if that's not bad enough they put no sauce on the pizza! If they did it was so little that it was more like a cheesy bread. They charged me for 2 extra sauces when I only asked for one extra, but I used the extra one to put on the sauceless pizzas, it's almost as if they skipped the sauce on the pizza and stuck it in a cup out of pure laziness. I am never ordering from this...
   Read moreI came in for an appointment I had made for 11am,l at 1030am. I made this appointment for the lady I always go to. When I walked in the manager told the new male receptionist who I was there for. He then pulls a mother & son who came in after me that did not have an appointment before me with the lady I was waiting on. While they were walking back the manager told him I was waiting on a particular person. He has his headphones in on a video chat and was not listening. Next person comes available & he had to be told to give her a customer. He tells me to come on and walk that way and then realize he did not listen & I stop him & told him I was waiting on someone. The manager tells him again. The next lady comes available & he does the same thing. The manager told him he was told "5 times" I was waiting on my lady. At that point I lean forward & told her that he put someone that came in after me before me with my lady I had made an appointment with. I also made it a point to say he has been on video chat the whole time I have been here & he had not been listening to her or anyone. He needs to learn his job or get...
