I don't shop here anymore. The lady is right! Check your reciept because they will try to scam you. I say the hairstore in the plaza by Daves Supermarket off Arlington has waaay better customer service as well. The Arlington plaza has good customer service but are overpriced in some things. My problem with Tonys is that the only Indian man working there was always making up his own prices. He tried to do that to me to me at least on 4 occasions where he would make up some outrageous price and be wrong and way over. I purchased the same items once every week or every 2 weeks. When I spoke up about him being wrong the bald arabic guy would tell him that I was right about the price. It wasnt like I was being cheap. I just didnt want to be getting scammed. They didn't like when a WOMAN saw past any errors they made on the receipt. I always spent close to $90 or more which could be confirmed by my 2 hairstores I go to now. The last time I went there the Indian guy wanted to help and I said "No Thank-you because I saw no problem with wanting to stay away from him. He came up again only about 1 minute later and I said " I told you I don't want your help. Then the older arabic guy approached me only about 1 minute later and asked if I needed help seeming as if to be funny "I told him he could help but I rather the other guy not . He said "Im not rude to the customers so dont be rude to the worker (I should've said "You mean your worker who's always scheming "? I told him I'll just leave. It's too much drama with them. They can't even keep a WOMAN working there because they dont respect them, and don't like a woman who speaks up. In the beginning it was cool. They saw me spending money so they gave me a discount card 3 years ago with 10% off. They dont treat regular customers good because later after me coming so long they started being funny like one time when trying to purchase a wig off the doll head they only wanted to give me my 10% on the discount card they gave me but would not honor the value of the wig that had been out and used for trying on by other customers. The older Arabic guy said "I can honor discounts whenever I feel like it and dont always have to because it's my store. Most hairstores automatically take money off for the store models which is fair based on the value going down. I don't need all the drama when spending...

I went in the store today I was the first customer of the day and went in the buy a wig until I got my hair braided. I chose the one I wanted and told them which one and what color. Unfortunately when I got home it was not the wig I asked him to get it matter of fact, it was a whole different color from what the box it came in. The wig was a bright orange like a Halloween wig and I didn’t chose that nor did I want it and I know that they don’t do any refunds or exchanges but In this case it was the store clerks fault so I figured I would call to see if he would work with me to exchange it for the one that I asked for at the store. I called and he said it was fine. Then when I got to the store, he tried to deny me of the exchange and also was rude and pointed to the signs on the door as if I didn’t see them. I have been seeing them for years since I’ve Been coming into this location and spending multiple dollars occasionally, Of course I seen the signs, but it wasn’t my fault. It was a store clerks for not getting what I asked him to get. then he tries to make fun of me in front of all the customers points to the sign outside walking all over the store, talking in his foreign language in my face disrespecting me when all I wanted was a different wig no money just a wig that I initially asked for he switched it and I let him know that this is something I don’t do often anymore since I purchase things on Amazon lately and that’s where I will be purchasing from now on. I will never return to this store ever again. They are nice when you’re spending your money but when you have an issue, They are Very rude and disrespectful, nope...

See you have to be careful when dealing with costumes right.You had me piss Mr.Tony😳But am over it now because I got money.But that’s not my issue with you.I will spend my money across the st/infinity in Cols,Ohio from here on out.Less they give you 20% off each pack of hair.I showed him the hair I got from Cols,Ohio.He was like you paying to much.I payed $25.78 and it was $29.99.In Cols,Ohio they give you 20% off every pack of hair you buy.Then soon as you see I get the same kind of hair and it’s blond you charge me $49😱I felt like you was getting over on me.But I got tried of going to different hair stores I bought it.But I had to find out from somebody that do hair in Akron and ask them.She said it too you got over on me.Thats bad biz.You should want somebody to come back and shop.Getting over on people.But its kool just won’t never bring my money...
