Wow! I’m shocked and dismayed. What started out as having an issue with Glamlab has become an accusation that I spread false and defamatory statements. My initial issue with this company resulted in a one star review. I explained how my membership had included 2-3 complimentary laser treatments but then suddenly changed to where I was expected to pay an additional $233 for the treatment. ( The company started requiring I pay for their specific after treatment lotions. ) I didn’t think this was fair because I could no longer afford the laser treatment. When visiting this business after my review I was accused of “ bashing” the company and the manager, Liz herself. I was intimidated into changing my review in order to finish out my sessions. I left the review but increased the amount of stars given because it was true that I did like many of the treatments I received. Both Liz and the front desk representative seemed quite happy with that so I received treatment. A few days later I receive a harsh and demanding letter from the company ending my contract with them and threatening me with legal action. This outrage probably stemmed from the fact that a colleague of mine left a negative review, one that I had nothing to do with. I am stunned and insulted by the reaction from this company, who honestly should welcome reviews both positive and critical. That’s how businesses improve. My advice to any respective clients: get everything in writing! What you are told verbally might not come to fruition ( and I’ve had 2 other similar instances like this at Glamlab.) To Glamlab: I take offense to being called a liar or in any way defaming Liz. I am an honest and respectful person. Shame on you! Do not accept reviews if you in fact only want to ear...

From the moment I walked into Glam Lab Medical Aesthetics, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The office itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated, creating an atmosphere that’s both professional and inviting.

The team here is truly exceptional. Ivette, the receptionist/assistant, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped answer all of my questions with a warm smile and genuine interest in my goals, which made the entire experience feel personal rather than clinical.

I had the pleasure of working with Lizeth, who was not only incredibly professional but also incredibly kind and personable. She took the time to really understand my weight loss goals and helped me determine the best options tailored specifically to my needs. What stood out the most was how she empathized with the challenges that come with being a maturing woman dealing with genetics and other factors. It was refreshing to talk to someone who truly gets it—and who’s committed to helping women like me achieve realistic, empowering results.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide range of other services available—from laser hair removal to Botox, facials, and more. Glam Lab isn’t just about looking better—it’s about feeling supported and understood every step of the way.
