If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd select. I've unfortunately lived in Manoogs Isle for ten years. At first, it wasn't so bad. They maintained the park and kept things somewhat clean. Over the years they have stopped doing anything maintenance wise. There are constantly needles everywhere by the park, mailboxes, and along the streets. I can no longer take my children to the park because aside from the needles and endless trash the park is broken and unsafe. They have yet to get rid of the bad language written on everything including the community mailboxes. Also the space rent has increased from 420 to now 560. Even with the pandemic, inflation and the very obvious fact that people who live here are struggling they still continue to raise rent. Highly do not recommend ever living in this trailer park. Avoid it...
