So, I call this place the "Auto Shop." I often visit Excellence Health through out the week depending on my pain. The doctors are excellent and my therapist is super awesome 🙂 Most places workers looks so serious, but excellence health is colorful! I meant by, every time Im at the clinic is a place to laugh, joke and relieved stress. I have referred some of my friends and coworkers there and they loved it there too. I loved the work of my knowledgeable male therapist (deep tissue) for several months I was working with him. My schedule changed because of covid. I ended up with a new therapist. I admire the hands, techniques and the excellence work of my lovely therapist - Chanel Ching(deep tissue), always great to laugh and enjoy ea others company while getting my vein, nerves and my muscles tune-up! It does the same job to my body like an auto-shop to a vehicle. So, when you feel like you're, messed up! Take it to my Body Shop - Excellence Heath Chiropractor Clinic on Northern Light is where you want to go. I love everybody there.

I have nothing but great things to say about Northern Lights Massage Center/Excellence in Health and Heather Arkell. I’ve seen Heather for weekly massages for about a month now post car accident. I had seen other massage therapists around town and wasn’t getting any relief in my aches and pains and decided to try Heather and I am so grateful I did. It was easy to get in as a new patient and I’ve been able to get on Heather’s schedule regularly. She is very skilled and clearly knows anatomy, she can easily pin point my knots and knows where the problem areas are before I even have to say anything. The deep pressure is something I had been looking for and missing with other massage therapists. She knows how to do it and does it right! Had an appointment scheduled for my wife and I. I was looking forward to it all week because of a strained muscle in my lower back and causing different muscles in my back to become overworked, but of course, the person I had talked to originally to book this had never actually booked my wife's or my appointment in their schedule. I was very mad about that. However, the lady who was working the front desk was very nice and apologetic about the situation. Very professional and rescheduled my appointment and my wife's appointment for the following week. My first time being there, everything looks very nice and clean, and the staff looked very friendly.
