Last fall 2020 I order a 3,000 gal water tank. It arrived and unloaded a few weeks later. Winter arrived. My contractor began working on the foundation. The winter weather and COVID 29 delayed the completion. Then in Springof 2021 I began the filling from the well in prep for summer emergency and to augment plant and tree watering- overnight slow filling. I got up to check and found pin hole water leaks spewing water. I’ve been in contact with Joe multiple times and sent videos. Each time of contact he would say he’d be here and was getting it together to exchange. He never showed up or called to explain what is happening. I cannot try to fill the leak holes because he said it would not be acceptable by the warranty. JOE. I NEED A NEW TANK. I’ve spent a LOT of money on a worthless tank. EDITING.: last month October we got the new replacement tank delivered. My Handiperson has it set up at my expense!! But at least it here and filled up—-and defective tank waiting to be picked up. Lesson. CHECK YOUR new tank for defects BEFORE you accept and set up on foundation and try to fill!! One whole side -on defective side -is soft and you can push it inward with one hand. Pin hole leaks in that area. Obviously a manufacturing defective issue. Just FYI. I’m sure it’s rare, but cost me time with no tank and extra money to have tanks switched. Poor Joe. This company is an absolute joke. I highly recommend that you seek another supplier if you want anything accomplished in the time frame they set. They are extremely unprofessional in all their operations as well as the managment. Their office doesn't return calls or relay messages on to management and they haven't given any documentation or invoices for any of supplies provided. We had an order that was supposed to take 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. We got a confirmed delivery date after multiple weeks of calling with no response from their head guy Joe. They delivered an incomplete order and told us it "couldn't fit on the truck So we'll bring it tomorrow ". Sure enough it did not arrive as promised. They then said it would take an additional two weeks because it got missed in the shipment. Again it did not arrive further costing our business money. After another failed delivery date we received not only damaged goods but they were not completed multiple weeks after that. When we asked what took so long we were told they had "misplaced it" and it had been sitting at the bottom of a pile crushed by other equipment. Seek...

I wandered into JTI years ago hoping they could help me solve an issue I was having with a system. They took the time to figure out what I needed and got me setup. Over the years I have utilized their expertise for tanks, fittings, valves, pumps, hoses and troubleshooting for my business that is tucked into a pickup and a trailer. Their service is awesome and they have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. They have also helped me identify other suppliers for items they cannot get directly.
