Circle K — Local services in Tangent

Just got gas exhausted after a long day and worried about my trip home. So I check my tire pressure after fueling nearly a hundred. I go in for change and the same attendant that took my money didn't bother to say hey no worries you forgot change on your pump, nothing. Let's me have dollar in quarters and leave after I check my tire pressure while they have a smoke. Then once I get into Corvallis I realize my mistake and call immediately to have them put the money aside for me to pick up tomorrow (an easy no brainer remedy) and he tells me I can try but I'm not sure how that will work out? Stopped in today to purchase 1 item. When I approached the counter there were 2 clerks at their cash registers. One was closing out her till and the other was counting money and opening her's. They both knew I was there, but I waited 6 minutes before one of them recognized that I was waiting, and said they would be with me shortly. I don't like leaving anything less than 5 star reviews, however, this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.
