Phone Hub — Local services in Albany

Their service is very poor, unprofessional and they do not know how to communicate with their customers on updates regarding their devices. I was out of work for 2 weeks due to them just needing to fix my screen on my laptop which later on they seemed clueless and were creating more issues with my computer during the time they were only supposed to replace my screen. There were issues where the screen wasn't even showing anything on my computer and my keyboard was not working. The whole time they had my computer I had to call in every time to get an update and it was the same thing over and over again. That they were waiting on the part to come in, that it will be ready in a few days, oh we don't get packages on Saturday and oh the guy that works on the computers is out but will call you back. It was a mess and I felt the entire time that I was just getting the run around until finally I went up to the shop and had sat there for maybe 2 hours and still my laptop was not fixed and they expected me to give them more time when literally it was going on another week without being able to work. I work from home and I explained to them that I needed my computer to be able to work before I left my computer in their hands thinking they know what they are doing. I finally decided to take it somewhere else that specializes in computers. Phone hub is only for working on phones only they shouldn't be fixing on any computers if they do not know what they are doing. My computer had a touch screen and everything and Vic from PC Division got my computer back looking and working like brand new and he was reasonable and was able to understand my issue. If you have any issues with your computer I recommend you go to PC Division and don't waste your time going to phone hub. I wish I would've known this in the first place before...

I came from Florida to Georgia to visit a relative and I dropped my phone and shattered the glass front, I went to the phone hub and they had my phone for four hours to replace the glass front, we left and went 10 minutes away to get something to eat and I realized on my note 2 I have a button on the bottom and it was not working so I called them and explained what was wrong, they first told me the glue hadn't dried yet and to give it a few more hours, and then said to bring it back in on monday and they could fix it. I explained I was going back to Florida on Sunday afternoon could I bring it back now or 2morrow? they said they were closing the store at that time and they were closed on sunday. they didn't try to rectify the situation at all and I just wanted people to know that now that I am back in florida I took it to have it fixed again and they found the two bottom corners were cracked and they had not put it back together properly thats why the button wasn't working, I was told by my repair guy here that the phone hub put a plastic cover over the glass which hid the cracks in the corners of the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WALKING OUT OF THE STORE, THEY ARE APPARENTLY AMATUERS LEARNING HOW TO DO THIS...

I dropped my phone and my screen went out. I came in to get it fixed and Demeterious had top tier customer service that I have seen in years! I had to wait a hour for repair, which was expected, no complaints there. He also made sure I had a cup of cold water to drink while I wait. What took the cake for me was that my phone was disabled after service and unfortunately my payment method was through my phone. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what I can do, Demeterious step right on in and help guided me through another way to pay for my service. I’m thankful he did, had he not I would have had to wait another hour just to pay. He went above and beyond the call of service and I’m so appreciative for him! Y’all got a great employee! Make sure nobody kidnaps him! Thanks Dee and Phone Hub! And he also got my FaceID and Audio Back working after months...
