I purchased a piece of clothing using my credit card and left the store without anyone removing the security tag — something the staff is clearly responsible for during checkout. I didn’t realize it until I got all the way back to school out of state. When I went to wear it, I saw the security tag still attached. I returned to the store in Albany with proof of purchase — my credit card transaction, the date, time, and total amount — simply asking them to remove the tag that they forgot to take off.
Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the manager and employees was rude and disrespectful to both me and my mother. Despite all the proof I had, they refused to remove the tag and treated us like we did something wrong. It was so bad that the police had to come just to de-escalate the situation — and even they agreed the store was at fault.
All of this could have been avoided if they had just done their job correctly at checkout in the first place when I purchased the clothes. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way, especially when the store is clearly...

Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon.
