Checkers — Restaurant in Albany

First I asked for the small meal mothers cruncher. Was charged and give a medium sized meal. Since I was in a rush I didn't mention it. The food was ready emdeitly after I let the box. I was happy it was quick because I'm in a rush. I grabbed my food handed the lady my card. After 5 minutes with my card she hands it back. I'm still waiting because she didn't give me a receipt. After 2 minutes of her being away from the window talking to a coworker. She finally turns around and walks over. I asked her for my receipt, she replied it's on the bag in a sharp tone. I explained to her that's not my receipt and a receipt can't be printed out to pay for my food before I give you my payment method (Credit Card). With a rude attitude she prints it off and said here. Not wanting to create a scene about her unprofessionalism I left. With in 3 minutes of leaving I arrived home. All the food was cold and I stay 2 miles away from Checkers. My wife asked me to try her mother cruncher because it didn't taste right. It tasted more like grease...

So I arrived almost closing time so I guess magically they only had 3 pieces of meat left and there wasn't nothing else to get. So I said okay let me get everything you have left and that was some was 3 checker burgers and some old fries. I pulled off and around to the parking area just to see if the car behind me get anything and magically they did. I know time have changed and sometimes you be ready to go home but no matter what you gotta do your job first. I blame Management for this because when I worked there we still cooked until the last minute. There are ways to keep the part you cleaned still clean and put out food just saying it's been done. I really didn't eat the burgers because I thought it may have been contaminated some how. Don't want anyone to lose their job...

After waiting for approx 15min in line to order food.i pay,.the very nice young man come out and bring my drink because i have to wait some more.The young man says because you have to wait ,i will bring you another drink(i didnot ask)however i thought good customer service.approx 10 min later a young woman comes out bring my food ,has the drink in hand ,does not offer it to me and walks off.I get home,although i asked for extra sauce ,it was so much that it wet the bag ,causibg it to break.staining my car seat.The young man and the the young lady who took my card at window made my wait tolerable,however the last woman turn a othewise good experience bad ! i will...
