Walgreens — Local services in Albert Lea

i have tried everything that i can do to get my prescriptions filled and 1 time for 90 days worth. signed up for everything. and over the last 5 years i average two trips to get the pills filled, and again this month they didnt do it- saying it is an anomaly- 4 prescriptions- 3filled for 90 days and 1 for 30. i cant imagine that if everyone has the issues that i have here- any one would continue - and their excuse this month - after i waited to get the 4th filled - all the texts messages saying they are done - and they fill the 4th for 30 days - and this is after finally last quarter i did get all filled for 90 days - and then they tell me that it is my fault!!! everyone should go somewhere else to get them...

Walgreens has, without a doubt, the worst customer service of any store, shop, or business in Albert Lea. Invariably, they're unfriendly and brusque, and sometimes downright rude.

I am DONE shopping there. Today, they have a special; buy a bag of chips or popcorn, and get a free 2-liter of their store-brand soda pop. However, the cashier charged me full price for both. I pointed this out, and was told, "I don't know anything about it." When I asked if she would mind checking, please, to comfirm, she glared at me and snapped, "I don't need to!"

Hmm. Apparently, they don't need my business. And they won't...

My wife's prescription was supposed to be filled Saturday. They didn't have enough and was told it would be ready by 2pm Monday. Get here and have to wait for people to get damn vaccines. Why isn't there a second line for that then get up there the prescription isn't ready and it's 540pm I mean seriously it's 3hrs and...
