I really dislike their sales approach. The male manager there is really shady if you don't keep an eye out he will try to charge you for things you never asked for. Make sure you do your research before going into this store. I stopped in to have a line removed, it is that simple and I had to sit and listen to a sales pitch on not cancelling that line but transfering it instead. Yea, no thanks considering I stopped in to cancel the line. You should not be pressing someone to keep it going if they ask to cancel. Second interaction was with the male manager and it was a joke. He says, "Okay well I'll just go get the screen protector and the case and we'll be good to go." Excuse me? I NEVER asked for that and had I not said something he would have charged me without ever asking me. And lastly, this store will take your new phone and install their own apps on it, they require you to login to YOUR playstore account, and then they install apps so that they can spam you with things you don't want. In addition to the apps they also setup a pay-for-help phone service in which they setup a call, using an app THEY download on your phone, and try to get you to pay for customer support. Fantastic staff and the Google phone is amazing. I am a flip phone hold out. Totally impressed with this phone. So glad I went to this location for my purchase. I had stopped in a different store earlier but I was not impressed & left. Got a warm welcome here, a salesperson who seemed happy to help, who knew the products, so he really helped me make the switch. I wish there was a reward for longevity with company... Reward loyalty. 😀😀😀 Merry Christmas

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out and kudos to my experience with Jayde at the Albert Lea Wireless World store on 3/28. I had been trying to get identity verification uploaded for a specific website for over 3 weeks. I kept getting a message that I did not have enough memory. Countless email exchanges with a contact at the website...trying many times to follow the email instructions they provided and I was getting nowhere. Jayde was my sales associate and she was amazing! She checked my memory--I had more than enough. She suggested I try to log in so she could see what was going wrong for me. That amazing Jayde---she even helped me move forward to complete the online verification by uploaded my documents! ...
