Basic manners, much less customer service, was NON EXISTENT. We chose to shop at VF because the hours online stated until 7PM. We arrived at 5:30 and left at 6:14. All 3 associates walked by us at the fitting room. NOBODY spoke to us until they thought we were checking out. While waiting for the door to be unlocked, I noticed store hours printed on a sheet of paper and taped on the window. Closing at 6pm.
