I would give no stars if it were a option. I should have just stuck to Cavenders or Boots plus. I went in with my 14 year old daughter to find a pair of boot cut jeans. I got no more than 4 feet in the door and was approached by a young lady. I told her what we were looking for she found some jeans for us and my daughter tried them on. None of that was the problem. The problem was,we felt like we were being watched. The girl never even let me touch the other jeans for various styles, she stood within a foot of me invading personal space while my daughter tried on the jeans. I tried to look through a sales rack and she kept asking what I was interested in. She asked me three times if we were getting the jeans, making me feel as if I couldn't even look at others. She took the jeans to the register. When we go to pay,the girl at the register was rude and brushed us off, speaking to someone else the whole time she was ringing us up. Never said thank you or anything. I know they seem to have some shoplifters, because I've seen some Facebook posts about it. I worked retail for 23 years,so I understand how that is. But is everyone a suspect as soon as they walk in the door?,or is it high pressure sale tactics. Whatever it was it was very uncomfortable and the worse shopping experience I've ever had. Not that this matters, but we were in a very nice luxurious SUV,nice dressed and would have bought a lot more than we did, even though their prices were to high. As it were,we still spent $93.00,for ONE pair of jeans. My daughter was looking for quite a few piece's,and we didn't even feel comfortable at all being there. Very disappointing and we will...
Read moreVery rude people !! I walked in for a new pair of boots for work. Knowing what I wanted I immediately walked over to the boots found 2 pair of rocky boots I was deciding between ( been in there all of about 3 minutes) and a worker walks up and ask if we are finding everything okay? We said yes just trying to decide between these 2 pair of boots. She said okay do you need help? We said no thank you. She stood there and stared at us the whole time. I tried on the first pair of boots. Took them off and left the box open because I was sure I’d want them and I tried on the next pair. As I try on the second pair the worker boxes the first pair back up and puts them back and continues to stare at us . Me finally uncomfortable enough to where I spoke and asked her “ are you okay? What are you doing. Then my wife says “yeah your just staring us down and your making us uncomfortable “ then the worker just laughs and continues to smile and stare at us as I just got the first pair of boots back out and went and paid for them and got out of there. Planned on shopping more but I don’t deal with rude...
Read moreAbout 5 & 1\2 months ago. I purchased the Ariat - hybrid rancher h20. Came with 6 month water proof warranty @ store. Also some extend warranty with ariat. My information was lost due to computer crashing problem. Today I walked in to check on warranty due to rain around the Boaz area . ( my feet are wet ) the reason I purchased water proof boots in the first place. I was told today by a young representative, that I "overly" use my work boots. And also that It was my responsibility to keep maintenance on the boots sense purchase. ( with a product that y'all keep in store ) Which was not explain during purchase. Due to my information being lost I figured I could talk to a supervisor or manager , the young lady made sure I understood by not letting me explain the situation, it was my fault for overly working my work boots. So she automatically said my...
