Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Albertville

I have been to this location several times the main reason for this review is on Monday 5/27/24 at approximately 5:10 pm I called the store to place an order they placed me on hold for 15 minutes both times in customer service it only takes 20 seconds to place someone on hold in a polite way instead of directly putting someone on hold without even letting them say a word so after the second time a lady answered again same one who put me on hold the other 2 times I tried explaining her customer service was horrible I asked if she was a manager she said she was I said how would you like someone doing that to you and I would right a review. She said she didn’t give a f… and to f… off I’ll never order from this location again and would appreciate others to do the same. I work in customer service and I was raised to be respectful to everyone especially if you are in customer service I think people just don’t care anymore so the only way I know to have them fix this is hurt them in there pockets please stand by me and cut this location off.. I called and ordered 2 large pizzas from y'all today, when I arrived to pick them up the guy working was so rude there was no hey welcome to papa John's he just came to theme register and looked at me I then told him I ordered the 2 large pizzas he grabbed them and told me my total was 30 something Dollars I went to give him a 100 dollar bill which was all I had on me and he very rudely stated I'm not taking that while shaking his head I told him this was all I had he said I don't care I'm not taking a 100 especially on a Monday morning the exact time of this was 1:15 p.m. he slid the pizzas away and shrugged his shoulders, what get me most about this is there were no signs posted say that don't take bill big and his attitude and lack of customer service was so shameful I will not be returning back to this store I hope they find better...
