Family Fare Supermarket — Local services in Albion

This grocery store has the title, THE ONLY GROCERY STORE IN ALBION ! Their prices on name brand items reflect that. They do offer a generic brand of most everything canned, packaged, bagged, just not fresh cut meats, that are low priced. Not where I would recommend buying fresh vegetables or fruit as prices are higher than average grocery stores. The bakery is great for fresh donuts, cakes,etc. And priced lower than the one other bakery shop we have in town, compared to them. It is a clean groc.store, and all the cashiers, clerks, and baggers are friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. They are all professional and the best asset this store has. They do have a pharmacy inside this store. They provide vaccinations for Covid, flu, etc. They are also busy since Albion has only two in town. They are helpful, friendly, and very...

Albion Family Fare is either way under staffed, or the workers are just plaine lazy. Always waiting in line forever because there is only 1 maybe 2 workers checking people out. I always get ripped off at the family fare in Albion. Every time they have deals and I get something, they don't honor it unless I speak up and say each item that they have a deal on. I still have to take in my receipt from a few days ago where they owe me over 25 bucks from over charging me. Also, I bought a package of turkey lunch meat. Got home opened it up in the center of the meat was was looked like gooey snot. Definitely not a good place to shop, not to mention there extremely over priced! GO SOMEWHERE...

I am from Lansing, and I was having difficulty a year and a half ago trying to get my Trulicity filled. The huge name pharmacies didn't have it, such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, and even the hospital pharmacies. I Googled pharmacies and ran across Family Fare. They had my dosage in Grand Rapids, and then they ran dry. I found it again, yet at another Family Fair in Albion. I have gotten my Trulicity from Albion for some months now. Thank you, FAMILY FARE!! ❤️. You guys got me through a rough time. I have a Walgreens 10 minutes from home, and surprisingly, they have it in stock. If they tell me they are out of stock again, I'll be back. You are definitely worth the drive...
