Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albion

Super long wait in drive thru this time. Maybe that was why my nacho fries were cold. Probably bagged and sitting until I got to window. Had to wait about a minute at the window and burrito was hot hence my thought that my fries were probably sitting in the bag for about 10 to 15 minutes. Had to toss them cuz they are nasty when cold but I guess that's all fries. Tried something new today and ordered extra beans in my bean burrito. Finally got a bean burrito with more beans than tortilla. Having worked at a taco bell and knowing portion sizes, most TBs never serve portion size of beans in bean burrito nor beef in tacos. That is why I no longer order tacos. I will probably order extra beans in all my bean burritos from this point forward. The additional cost was well worth the extra portion that I got compared to their regular bean burrito portion size. Food takes forever.... Hadn't been there in a while because it took so long last time. Tried it again recently and decided to time my order. It was 11 minutes from the time I was handed my receipt and received my order. Many other people were waiting along with me... We were discussing the long wait, a couple people said that's how it always is and didn't see a problem. Then a worker started yelling, where is everyone, how come no one is on the line making orders. Finally 3 employees came back to the line and started working again, all 3 had "gone to the bathroom" at the same time. Two females, one male. Where is the MANAGEMENT???? I will probably eat at a Taco Bell again, but most likely never this one, unless I have time to kill an am looking for some chaotic...

My drive through order was messed up. I ordered a comb which was $8.99. The order was rung up as separate items. 2 tacos were missing. They wanted to charge me separately for the 2 tacos. This would have added $3.50 on to my order. I told the manager I was diabetic, having a low blood sugar, that I felt close to passing out. She had a bad attitude. She did not want to be bothered and told me to leave. I called her back, because my friend who was driving had to get home to take her husband to work. She hung up on me 5 times.
