Label Shopper — Local services in Albion

My daughter and her friend was in label shopper, Saturday and were racially profiled. They were stopped, humiliated, embarrassed and accused of stealing. The manager took my daughter’s bag and receipt for her purchased item and called the police on her for cussing. The police came to my home and barred my child from label shopper. I went back to the store and made the return and asked the manager why were they accused and was told that it was because they were looking at items by the cash register and the associate believed she seen them put stuff in their bag (bags searched and there was nothing). Albion this is not ok and not what we stand for. Do not shop here. We need to boycott this place. I spoke to their corporate office and felt as if they are not understanding the severity of this situation. Someone needs to lose their job. When is it ok to accuse someone of stealing, be wrong, not understand their frustrations...

Every time I’ve ever been in this store, Megan and Amanda has always been so kind and helpful. They will stop what they’re doing to come help you with whatever you may need.
