I had a very frustrating experience taking my truck through and having something inside the car wash cut a nearly $500 Tire. The attendant inside was very helpful and got me a claims form while the manager on duty just Shrugged indifferently and walked away from me while I was having to change my tire in their parking lot. The most frustrating part was that the attendant said she had seen other Raptors get flat tires as well and didn't warn me. The attendant also mentioned that claims would likely not call me and I should keep trying to reach out to them. Which I have now and have yet to receive any response. I very rarely write negative reviews but this is pretty terrible of a business to do to a customer. Tires aren't cheap and to have the manager say i probably just had a nail already in the tire as he walked away indifferently while I changed it in the parking lot. As well as knowing others had experienced similar issues AND having no support from the company claims department...is beyond ridiculous. Don't bring your truck to these washes unless you have $500 lying around for a new tire. (I have pictures and the claim form submitted) still...

Went to the Universe location. An employee came to help. He used the touch screen to pick the wash I wanted and then applied a $5 tip without me ever touching the screen or requesting him to add a tip. The employee did this very quickly and was actually hard to catch. When I said something, he said just said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I, of course, can see the charge on my card. The $22 wash was $27 with tip I didn’t choose. I went back a week later and a different employee did the same thing. My dash cam was pointed at the screen and caught the transaction. Again I confronted the employee and he denied doing it. Video shows different. This a very suspect business practice and I am debating what to do with the footage of the transaction. Having multiple vehicles; two pickups, two vans, 3 SUV's, and classics, I just do not have time hand washing my fleet of 9 plus motorcycles! Champions on Westside regularly clean five of them! Use of free towels, carpet/ mat cleaner really help. Staff is always friendly & hand wash front & back window, spray the grille & power wash access after light storms . Questions on my first billing cycle as I added three vehicles the first day- attendant showed me on computer and printed screen shot to give to my accounted ( the wife)! I'm hooked! 😎😁 Give them a try. You'll switch over from a mister somebody! 😂 Great hours & vacuum powerful! Easy & fast! Once you experience that special touch- you'll think less of the others little to none. Summers coming and you'll want those hard to get bugs off the windshield!...
