Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Sweet mother of monkey milk and all things that are good and holy in this world! Dutch Bros., where have you been all our lives? This place is truly fantastic! Sure, they may take longer than some of your other chains, but it is worth the wait!

As self proclaimed coffee snobs, we give this place a massive HECK YES! Their menu isn’t huge and extensive, but who needs that sorta thing? Especially when:

1. You can literally make any drink in any way you want. Hot, iced or frozen blended. THAT IS AWESOME!
2. At least a dozen sugar free syrup options. You can make pretty much any drink sugar free and low carb! Does this mean I can have have a sugar free frappe? Why yes Jennifer, you can!
3. Friendly faces. The general manager took our order and was very friendly and offered suggestions.
4. Small footprint means less waste and is just plain cute!

I have been a long time customer of Dutch Bros (various cities and states) and could not wait for this location to open. To say I am disappointed, is a total understatement. The staff, mainly young teenagers, are so unfriendly (which is not the norm for any Dutch Bros). Normally, if a mistake is made on a drink, they give you the 'mistake' and remake the proper drink. Not this location. They pour it out or ask you to pour it out. When asked why they don't give it to you (as most locations do), they simply state, "you did not pay for it so we can't give it to you" .. um, throwing it out is wasting money as well. Isn't that the same thing? Come on Dutch, you can do much better. And what's up with flies in your drink? Absolutely disgusting! Don't become like that other big...

Wanted to see if this location was good. Staff were not energetic like I am used to at other location but it was 5:15am so no big deal. Ordered my usual drink, blended Rebel Shark attack. The "broista" did not tell me that it would have to be hand blended, their machine is already down??? It is a brand new location. So I stopped her and just asked her to make it iced. She proceeded, as she looked aggravated. Now watching her, she gave me an iced Rebel with blue raspberry and pomegranate drizzle. The coconut and the lime were missing. Very disappointed to say the least. I took my drink and left and will not return to this location. It may also take me some time to go back even to my favorite location on Unser because of...
