Wing Tyme — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The wings are yummy BUT, their menu is always changing. You can choose two flavors for a six piece or eight piece combo (and other combos), but you can only choose one flavor for Just the Wings-10 piece. If you get two flavors for just the wings-10 piece, they up charge you. Also for the combos you have to choose between vegetable sticks or the drink even though their menu says you get both. Also service is always a gamble, staff is not always kind. Some staff can be rude, short and unaccomodating. Other staff members are okay but I am mot fond of their service either. I hope they make a comeback and have more consistency. Wing stop is too far but i am willing to drive further for better service and consistency. I forgot to add, the wings can be a gamble too because sometimes there is a pool of grease...

We have eaten here 4 times now. The the food taste very good wings, tenders, and fries. Couldn’t ask for a better wing. Even better the wings are huge, not the small ones you get at the chain wings places.

My issue is the lack of attention to detail. We order pretty much the same time each time Wing combo, wings, and tenders. Some times we will get extra items other time (most of the times) we don’t get everything we ordered. It is annoying having to call back and get what is missing. But they are friendly and helpful each time. Just checking the orders before they push them out would get them up to 5 starts.

Love this place! Such good food and the service is 10/10! Every time I have gone there everyone is super nice and patient when it comes to explaining their drinks and flavors. 1 time I left my wallet and one of their workers ran it out to literally sprinting out the door to make sure I didn’t have a bad day. And just now while on the phone the gentleman took an extra 2 min on the phone with me because he noticed they had charged me extra and made it right.
