We haven’t been to this location in a while but usually we take our kid and they are very patient and understanding when it comes to the kids deciding what they want. My kid has a disability that can’t be seen, and it’s nice to try and give them and experience just like any other kid. There were no samples of any of the ice cream available, and when I said that he was picky( he has sensory issues) she said “welp if he is picky I’ll just make a sample” and aggressively grabbed the ice cream, I told her no it’s okay that never mind that’s when she was happy again. And the previous person in line was able to get a sample no problem. Then when it was time to pick the toppings it felt like the same kind of atmosphere like she didn’t want to be bothered. It just felt like we annoyed her and like it was an inconvenience we were there. And when we went to sit down another person was in the back the whole time and helped the person after us immediately, I was just confused as to why we weren’t assisted. And when she was talking to us when making our nachos she was facing us when talking so I couldn’t hear her. Idk if that annoyed her as well but the food was good and she seemed to be in a better mood when making our nachos. So idk it could’ve been a better experience maybe she was just having a bad day. Read moreJust went to this location and was very disappointed with the service. The paletas are always good at all locations. Other locations give deals when you buy six or more. I asked the girl if they had any deals if we bought 6 and she said “no, each location is different”. So we still got our six pack and when they started ringing me up, the price came out higher than what they had on their menu for the family 6 pack of fully dipped paletas. I asked the girl and she said that’s only if you order them and they pack them in cellophane and box them. Which to me doesn’t make sense because that would require more work than what they did for us. It should be noted that we only had one fully dipped paleta. I asked a female teenage employee if she could remake my elote, as I had requested no mayo and it was made incorrectly. Instead of handling it respectfully, she responded with attitude, laughed, and even made faces when I asked for the manager’s information.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Sadly, this isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had here, but it will be the last. I cannot fathom treating customers this way.
