Absolutely blown away by Crispy Clean Mobile! I'm so happy I found him on Google and took the time to read these reviews – they don't lie! I don't often leave reviews, but this business deserves it.

I had Ivan detail my 2011 Ford Explorer in our driveway. While we have cared for it over the years, it has been parked outside awhile. What Ivan delivered was nothing short of miraculous. My Explorer looks practically brand new! Carpet, leather, dash, third row, weathertech mats, and paint that had tree sap on it, etc - I didn't have to tell him anything and everything was done perfectly. I was truly impressed.

I'd almost given up on mobile detailing after a previous experience with another company. It was a rushed, two-hour, single-person job where I had to come out twice asking him to do things that should have been included (like not even raising the third row seats to clean!). But Ivan and his partner were a completely different story. They took their time, meticulously addressing every detail. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work.

The entire experience was excellent. From the moment I called, Ivan was likable, professional, providing clear and upfront pricing and timing. He even told me he worked in customer service previously and knows he needs to make a quick good first impression over the phone as he is being invited to people's homes to clean cars. He gets it, not the experience I had with the other companies I called. His prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of service provided. I also learned he has been in business for 10 years now, so he knows what he is doing.

I was so impressed that I had him come back the very next day to detail our other vehicle, and we've already scheduled future appointments. I've been talking about him to friends and neighbors, so hopefully, he doesn't get too booked up – but he deserves all the business he gets. I like to support local businesses and owner operators. It was hard to see what was done, Ivan mobile generator stop working during my appointment. Communication was okay but not as responsive as I forgot we had an appointment. Got a random txt a couple of hours prior my appointment but didn’t know who it was. An hour after my appointment time Ivan explained it was him and he was working on a fleet appointment prior to my appointment. I didn’t get a confirmation email about our appointment which is why I was amidst on having one in the first place. I paid for internal deep cleaning of the seats and carpet and the package included vinyl also one headlight restoration. Ivan uses environmental cleaning products which are hard to use and take up more time for natural chemicals a longer processing time. It was a bit pricey but I think the cost of having someone come to you has a high premium. Overall, I paid little over $200 dollars for a vacuum, interior shampoo and headliner cleaning with one headlight restoration. The package was to include all the vinyl and vent cleaning which was missed, guessing due to his generator not working. The use of natural products the front headlight is starting to fog again. The combination of communication and product used will not have me returning. Ivan did mention if I was for any reason not happy with his services to call him to make it right. I did call but he must be a busy person since the weather is getting better. It was a costly experience but I’ll have to stay away from mobile...

Ivan and his team are absolutely the best professionals in car detailing in the Albuquerque area. This incredibly talented and prepared team performed a miraculous cleaning on my pet hair covered car. It looks brand new!
