There was a huge fire in your guys dumpster at 3am this morning (November 1, 2023) I went outside my apartment to smoke a cigarette and saw your dumpster engulfed in flames. So I called ABQ Fire Rescue and they came out to your property and put it out around 3:15am. Just thought I'd let the owner know in case you see your dumpster and wonder why it's black/torched.

There's a HUGE encampment/homeless addicts (6 individuals currently using fentanyl) by the vacuums (added October 24, 2023 at 12pm) Owner should check your property.

I've never used this car wash BUT I live RIGHT by it and at least once a day, there's a car BLASTING their music/subs/bass. I don't know if this particular car wash has signs posted saying NOT to Blast music but definitely a great idea for the owners to post some. My walls are literally vibrating right now from someone at that car wash blasting their music/subs. I understand people are going to do whatever they want but...
