I got my nails done on Tuesday 9/26. Was charged $46 and I used my card to pay and tipped cash. Then when I checked my bank account the next day it shows I was charged $52. So I called the nail salon, they ask me to go up there and show them my receipt and the charge on my bank account. Once I got off of work, I headed straight there with my receipt (thank goodness I said yes to getting a copy of my receipt). The the lady that was assisting me immediately wanted to give me $6 cash back to correct the issue. Meanwhile, a lady that’s working on someone across the room start speaking to her in their language so then, the lady I was dealing with started question me about if I contacted the bank. I let them know that I had in that if I have a receipt for $46 why am I being charged for $52. Finally after going back-and-forth with them She gives me the $6. As I’m walking out, the lady that was someone else says next time talk to your bank first. I said I did and they told me to contact you since y’all were the ones charging me and I’ve never had any other nail salon charge me more than what I sign for. Then yesterday 9/28 one of my nails just lifted and came off on its own. Clearly, I’m not going back to them to fix it, but you can see in the pictures that my nail was barely even drilled on so of course it wasn’t...

DO NOT RECOMMEND. 🔥Long rant ahead🔥 I visited this nail salon on Friday 4/30/18. I was seated right away for a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was not gentle at all and was working in a rushed manner. She actually cut too much off of one of my toenails and made me bleed. She did not bother to apologize. She also did my eyebrows and now they're 2 different shapes. I'm going to have to let one grow out to get an even look. The lady who did my full set, I'm assuming, is the owner. While she was doing my nails she was very distracted attending other clients and speaking to another client about what she wanted done on her nails. She filed some skin off of about 6 of my fingers. When she was done she rushed off to the next client. She did not bother to ask If I was happy with the results. This place is new however does not look new on the inside. This place is all about quantity and not quality. I had to go back home and fix my nails myself and apply neosporin to my cut fingers. I am never going back here again. By far worst nail salon experience ever. I'm a mom of 2 boys under 3 yrs old and I rarely get time to myself. I left extremely disappointed. Lesson...

Lord! Where do I start. I was in need of a new nail tech. Went to this place a week ago, and I was skeptical because I'm picky on who do my nails. I rarely get my nails done but when I do I want them done right. So this lady was getting a pedicure and recommended a nail tech, Natalie. The lady nails were cute! And she stated her nails last long and never had a bad experience. So was like ok let try Natalie! I showed Natalie the picture and got the shape perfect! I was excited! That was on a Saturday. Sunday come a nail broke while making my 1 year old bed!!! Completely broke in half. So I called them Monday and they stated yes come in we'll fix for you. Ok cool! Got to the shop, while unbuckling my daughter another nail broke in the parking lot!!! At this point I'm like wtf! They fix both nails for free! Got home the same day and the first that broke, broke again and this time Completely took my whole real nail off! Blood everywhere! I never in my life had this happen to me.
