Most of the time delicious but I usually go for lunch during the week. Showed up on a Sunday and it was a bit different. Although still delicious, Portions got skimpy, ordered a Caldo de Res, a Menudo, and 2 Barbacoa tacos. The caldo had been served with a huge chunk of cabbage and very small portionof meat. I was surprised to find out how good the food was here and they homemade corn tortillas are awesome. I had bought meat at the place but didn't realize how tasty and fresh the food they serve here was. I had the fajita on corn tortilla tacos and the bistec ranchero on corn tortilla tacos and they were fabulous. I have had food in other meat market/ taquería markets but have had bad experience. My first time going there & it was well worth the money!!!! Food was super seasoned, super tender and the best Mexican food I had in a long time. The ladies were very friendly also understanding especially at the fact that I don’t know how to speak Spanish fully so the lovely cashier helped me get my order.
