Every time we come here they let you wait in line for upwards of 20 min, before ever taking your order. Things are scattered and inconsistent, multiple times now we have pulled to the window in drive through and they take the order of the car behind us, and leave us to wait until the car behind us is done, there unorganized management makes it a common experience to receive the wrong order, receiving my order missing items, or even not receiving service at all, my husband has been coming here since he was a child and is tremendously disappointed with the current treatment he's received in the recent years, go to Kasarena down the road for the same exact food, good friendly amd speedy service, and a better over...

I used to enjoy taking my staff to enjoy their mangonadas and other treats, but unfortunately they have changed, The woman at the window taking orders is a bit rude, we let it slide. When our order was called we realized some items where missing she had the audacity to get upset and say we didn't pay for it. (which was her fault she took down the order and charged me.) I didn't mind paying for the remaining balance but she proceeded to be rude to my staff and harassed them about the remaining balance when i finally got up to pay there was no one at the window i knocked multiple times and the employees where just pacing back and forth...
