Alexandria & Co is the definition of a luxury concierge jewelry design firm that facilitates lasting relationships with its clients in a way that seems increasingly rare to find nowadays. I entrusted A&Co to design everything from my wedding band to repurposing family heirlooms. Megan is thoughtful, deliberate, and carefully considers the most intricate details of each project in collaboration with Tim. I appreciate the time she spent with us over (numerous!) appointments and emails to create the perfect solution for my engagement ring setting and wedding band combination. It was a difficult project because it required resetting a large emerald cut diamond band in a way that did not hit the corresponding wedding band, but did not project out awkwardly (in addition to designing a wedding band from scratch). The set turned out beautifully and I get many compliments. I have returned for a number of other projects- resetting earrings, my husband’s wedding band and a matching gold band for myself, and to create a necklace-earring-runny set from a ruby bracelet - a gift from my mother-in-law. The experience and individual attention is unparalleled. Each project is thought-out, packaged up in a beautiful box with appraisal envelope. I first discovered Alexandria & Company through Instagram when Alexandria Style Book profiled them and I was immediately impressed. Fast forward to January 2021 and when I met with Tim to discuss possibly redesigning my vintage engagement ring. Tim was the only jeweler that I met with (met with 3 others) who discouraged me from "blowing it up" and I'm so happy that I followed his guidance. Alx & Co beautifully resized and cleaned my ring as well as appraised it.

My husband and I then returned in spring 2022 to look for wedding bands. Megan was patient and knowledgeable as we both looked at different bands/styles. While I tried on 2 bands, I decided a simple band that was going to be designed to match my engagement ring. However, after that session - my husband called them and worked with them to also design the other band that I had tried on (he surprised me with it when we went to exchange rings on our wedding day). He tells me that they were super responsive when he asked them to do this and working together was seamless.
