This place used to be wonderful. Niece, they changed companies this year, and you could definitely tell it was all about the money. They used to offer a sensory fair for children with disabilities for 4 hours. This year, it took all kinds of petitioning for them to even allow it, and they charged more for only one hour of time there. The ride section of the fair was well organized and fun. However, the animal section was not. We saw dead chicken in the hatching section, overcrowded pigs, 3 to a 'box' with no room to turn round. From the August 18-August 21,2016 is the Douglas county fair with mcm show's has a lot of fun rides to have fun on games to win some good size prize's and lots of very good food to ear.
